• Niyah Wiyah Co ask that you allow us 5-7 business days for processing and an additional 2-5 business days for delivery. Please Note That This DOES NOT INCLUDE preorders , final sale items , or any items that states a different shipment date in the description of the product. If an item is preordered or has a different shipment date this info is found in the description of the product! 
• Orders are shipped via UPS. 
• We are NOT responsible for any lost , stolen , or damaged shipments, any and all claims shall be made through UPS. 
• We DO NOT offer any returns or exchanges at this time , ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If for any reason you received an incorrect item please contact us so that we can fix the problem. All damaged , defective , or incorrect items are REQUIRED to be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
